We’re looking for a System Configuration Analyst to configure, maintain, and enhance our insurance platforms and related online experiences. Working within agile, cross-functional squads, you’ll collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to deliver high-quality system updates and improvements. This role suits someone who enjoys solving complex configuration challenges, supporting business change, and driving continuous improvement across our technology landscape.
The day to day:
- Configure and administer insurance platforms and web experiences, translating user requirements into practical solutions.
- Maintain configuration standards, document changes, and communicate impacts to users.
- Collaborate with QA Engineers and analysts to define test scenarios, support testing, and assist post-implementation.
- Participate in agile ceremonies to align configuration tasks with delivery goals.
- Support data integrity and optimize system performance through proactive configuration management.
- Assist in roll out and release planning, ensuring configuration readiness and version control.
- Provide training and guidance to users on system functionality and configuration impacts.
- Evaluate new platform capabilities and contribute to road map discussions with vendors.
About you:
- We’re looking for candidates who bring a strong analytical and technical mindset, with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
- You might already have experience as a Systems Configuration Analyst, or you may come from a background in website development, UI design, or another technical field and be ready to apply your skills in a new context.
