Due to this business's consistent growth over the last few years, we are looking for a New Business focused Account Executive to join the team to build their own portfolio, based out of our office in East Grinstead.
You’ll be fully supported by a dedicated and highly experienced broking support and claims team to ensure you can focus on what you do best, winning and looking after clients.
- Adding new introducers to your network
- Liaising with the broking and support team to ensure all documentation is accurate
- Working with the management team to achieve business objectives and support with the development of colleagues

Your skill set will include high level communication (Verbal, Written, Video), negotiation, influencing, sales, stakeholder management, delegation and IT skills with a client first mindset.
A full driving licence is required.
