We’re expanding our team and looking to appoint a Commercial Account Handler to support our Account Executives and Directors with the smooth servicing of our clients across the region. Our team is passionate about delivering high levels of service to all of our clients as we have been for the last 50 years.
On a Day To Day Basis You’ll Be:
- Assisting clients with renewals, mid-term adjustments, documentation queries and quotations for additional products
- Ensuring documentation and systems are accurate
- Working in a compliant and timely manner on all cases
- Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders

Your Experience:
- Ideally you’ll have a solid grounding in Commercial Insurance with working knowledge of Liability, Property, Motor and Commercial Combined
- You’ll be able to communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders at all levels and should be used to using Word, Excel and wider broking platforms (Acturis in an ideal world)
- Comfortable in dealing with customer enquiries via phone, face to face and email
