Brown & Brown Insurance is seeking a Broking & Schemes Manager to lead the Hub's schemes, facilities and insurer relationships across the South East, based out of East Grinstead and Brighton.
You will oversee existing schemes, identify opportunities, negotiate solutions, and act as the senior escalation point for complex insurer and placement issues, reporting to the Commercial Director.
