Onadaytodaybasisyou’llbe:
- Developingapersonalpipelineofnewbusiness
- Addingnewintroducerstoyournetwork
- AdvisingclientsonNewBusinessQuotations,coveragerequirementsandultimatelythroughtotheirrenewals
- Workingwithclientstoexpandanddeveloptheircoveragetoensuretheyhavetherightcover
- Liaisingwiththebrokingandsupportteamtoensurealldocumentationisaccurate
- Workinginacompliantandtimelymanneronallcases.
- Ensuringincomeandsubsequentlyretentiontargetsareachievedandmaintained.
- Workingwiththemanagementteamtoachievebusinessobjectivesandsupportwiththedevelopmentofcolleagues

- AproventrackrecordacrosstherangeofCommercialInsurancemarketandbelookingforsomewheretosetupshoptobuildapersonalportfolioandputdownroots,nowyouarepartofaforeverbusiness.
- Yourskillsetwillincludehighlevelcommunication(Verbal,WrittenVideo),negotiation,influencing,sales,stakeholdermanagement,delegationandITskillswithaclientfirstmindset
- Youshouldalsobeconfidentindealingwithstakeholdersatalllevelsparticularlyboardlevel.
