The day to day:
We are looking for a hands-on Salesforce Administrator to work as part of our collaborative team, supporting CRM activities and ensuring the Salesforce platform meets business needs. You will work closely with the heads of various departments – including marketing, sales, finance, and our website team – to help deliver effective Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain Salesforce Flows to automate business processes.
- Migrate existing workflows and process builders to Flows.
- Work with key stakeholders to deliver new objects and automation that enhance our CRM capabilities.
- Work alongside the development team to support the delivery and maintenance of our Salesforce technology platform.
- Organise and maintain CRM data with a focus on data integrity and structure.
- Analyse data to provide actionable insights on client and prospect behaviour.
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards for multiple business areas.
- Assist with Salesforce training and user onboarding.
- Support Apex development by following best practices and building/testing Apex test classes to ensure robust deployments.
About you:
- Extensive experience of Salesforce administration experience.
- Experience working within a broader digital or technology team, collaborating with developers and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Proven experience designing and building Salesforce Flows; capable of migrating workflows and process builders to Flows.
- Ability to organise data in an object-oriented manner.
- Experience using Workbench and proficiency with SOQL queries.
- Experience managing sandbox environments and deploying changes using DevOps or other deployment tools such as Gearset.
- Competence in building all types of Salesforce reports.
- Understanding of Apex and the ability to write and execute Apex test classes with adequate code coverage.
- Experience integrating Salesforce data with other platforms via APIs is a plus.
- Experience with Jira is a plus.
- Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce App Builder certifications are a plus.
- Experience in Financial Services is advantageous but not required.
