Plum Underwriting are a key part of Brown & Brown Europe, and this is a fantastic opportunity to join the business in an administration role, working with Underwriters and developing your insurance knowledge.
The day to day:
- Providing high level administrative support to Underwriters, including loading of fact finds and quote information into the relevant systems.
- Provide assistance with the day to day operations of the office (post, filing, data entry) ensuring all documentation is issued on time and correctly.
- Assist with new business quotations via processing of quotes, collation of relevant data and claims histories.
- Assist with general administration of schemes (adding/removing members, personal details changes etc.).
- Ensure all data is handled securely and in line with GDPR and associated rules and regulations.
- Liaise with key stakeholders to maintain accurate records (Insurers, Consultants, Internal Management).

- Ideally you’ll have initial insurance experience, although strong Customer Service or Administration experience will also be considered.
- You’ll have a can do attitude and always be happy to assist clients and colleagues with their requirements.
- Your skillset should include strong Communication (Written, Verbal, Video), Administrative, Time Management and IT skills coupled with an eye for detail.
