The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.
Providing high level administrative support to Underwriters, including loading of fact finds and quote information into the relevant systems.
Provide assistance with the day to day operations of the office (post, filing, data entry). Ensuring all documentation is issued on time and correctly.
Assist with new business quotations via processing of quotes, collation of relevant data and claims histories.
Assist with general administration of schemes (adding/removing members, personal details changes etc.).
Ensure all data is handled securely and in line with GDPR and associated rules and regulations.
Liaise with key stakeholders to maintain accurate records (Insurers, Consultants, Internal Management).
Ideally you would have initial insurance experience, although strong Customer Service or Administration experience will also be considered.
You will have a can-do attitude and always be happy to assist clients and colleagues with their requirements.
Your skillset should include strong Communication (Written, Verbal, Video), Administrative, Time Management and IT skills coupled with an eye for detail.
