We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Accounts Payable Assistant with Dutch language skills to join our centralised finance support team at our Basildon office. The role involves carrying out purchase ledger tasks, payments and administrative support in the accounts department. If you’re well organised, can pay close attention to detail and like being part of a team, this role could suit you perfectly.
On a day-to-day basis you’ll be:
- Diligently entering invoices into the general ledger software, ensuring invoices are both valid and accurate with correct authorisation in place.
- Maintaining and preparing bank reconciliations for review.
- Assisting with online bank payments when needed.
- Assisting with the onboarding of new businesses into the B&B Ledger.
- Reviewing and setting up new suppliers on the system.
- Actively responding to queries from internal stakeholders and 3rd party suppliers.

Your experience:
- Your skill set should include strong communication (both written and verbal), numeration, organisation, IT and influencing skills coupled with an eye for detail.

- Previous purchase ledger experience (desirable).
- Workday experience (desirable).
