This role combines light project management, advanced technical skills, and collaboration across departments to deliver measurable efficiency gains.**Essential Duties & Responsibilities:*** **Project Coordination:** Manage workflow-based projects such as central SharePoint enhancements, onboarding for new acquisitions, and improving new starter processes.* **Automation Development:** Design and maintain automation flows using **Power Automate** and AI tools to reduce manual workload.* **Data & Reporting:** Create and maintain advanced spreadsheets for operational tracking, reporting, and analysis.* **Process Improvement:** Partner with the Quality Control Manager to document processes, identify efficiency opportunities, and implement best practices.* **Stakeholder Liaison:** Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of operational initiatives and smooth adoption of new tools.* **Compliance & Governance:** Ensure adherence to Brown & Brown standards and maintain accurate documentation for audits and reviews.* **Other duties as assigned.****Skills & Competencies:*** Strong organisational and time management skills.* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.* Advanced proficiency in **Excel** and **Power Automate**; familiarity with AI tools preferred.* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.* Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
