About the Role: As a Regional Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth and building strong relationships with our distribution partners across your region. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales Distribution, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering our underwriting strategy and supporting our ongoing expansion. If you're confident working independently, influencing senior stakeholders, and energised by driving performance, this could be your perfect fit. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a panel of distribution partners.
- Achieve and exceed budgeted income and growth objectives for your broker panel.
- Develop strategic, multi-layered relationships across all allocated distribution partners.
- Understand business objectives and strategies for your accounts to align our proposition and deliver profitable growth.
- Ensure that you and your accounts have an excellent understanding of the Underwriting strategy appetite.
- Maintain a deep understanding of underwriting strategy, appetite, and market conditions.
