What we’re looking for:
Our Landlord Action Team is one of the UK’s best-known eviction and housing law specialists. As a Paralegal, you will be assisting the legal team with everyday administrative responsibilities, therefore attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment is a must. You’ll be working closely with our Caseworkers, so you’ll be a natural at working in a team, cooperating with others and building effective working relationships. As a Paralegal, you’ll be contacting clients, providing updates and answering enquiries, so we need people who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service. This opportunity will provide you with the chance to learn new systems and see what it’s like to work in a busy legal environment, so a can-do attitude is essential.
Some of the things you'll get up to:
- Opening post, scanning and uploading to the correct files using the case management system
- Managing all client enquiries in line with service level agreements
- Maintaining contact with clients throughout the process
