Job Purpose: Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of operational and strategic projects, ensuring initiatives are planned, governed, and delivered on time, within scope and budget, and aligned to business objectives. The role works closely with business stakeholders, operational teams, suppliers, and third parties to define requirements, manage delivery plans, control risks and issues, and ensure effective communication and adoption across the business. Would suit someone with a Project Management background who is excellent with people, processes, has a strong understanding of project lifecycles, planning, the Insurance market and can evidence managing multiple concurrent deliveries successfully. Prior experience with Acturis is advantageous, though not required.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver projects through the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure
- Develop and maintain clear project plans, milestones, dependencies and resource requirements
- Ensure delivery of agreed scope, outcomes and benefits
- Work with sponsors and stakeholders to agree objectives, deliverables and success measures
