Commercial / Corporate Account Executive
Location: Lutterworth
Package: £Negotiable + Benefits + Bonus + Car Allowance
We’re expanding our team in Lutterworth to ensure we continue providing an outstanding service to our clients. The team have been recording some excellent growth over the last few years and we are now looking for an Commercial / Corporate Account Executive to join the team to manage and develop a small existing portfolio of clients.
Our growth is fuelled by our people, so we want to look after them and make sure they can do what they do best – look after clients, this role is key to ensuring the team can carry on pushing forwards to win and retain more clients in the region.
Accordingly we’d be interested in talking to Account Executives who are comfortable in dealing with a broad range of clients with exposure to risks in excess of £10k

On a day to day basis you’ll be:
- Managing existing client requirements across their lifecycle – new business quotations, renewals and documentation queries
- Working closely with the account handlers to ensure all the documentation and broking is done on time and in line with SLA’s
- Building strong relationships with clients and insurers to maximise retention levels
- Ensuring systems are accurate
- Meeting / Exceeding Key Performance Indicators – Portfolio Growth, New Business and Retention
- Working with the management team to ensure branch targets are achieved
- Working in a compliant and timely manner on all cases.
- Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders

Your experience:
- You’ll have a solid grounding in commercial and corporate insurance with exposure to the main commercial insurance products including Property, Liability, Fleet, PI, D & O, Cyber and packaged solutions
- You’ll be able to communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders at all levels and should be used to using Word, Excel and wider broking platforms (Acturis in an ideal world)
- Comfortable in dealing with customer enquiries via phone, face to face and email
- A Full Driving License
