Experteer Overview In this role you lead product development efforts for the Global FX line, driving project management, business analysis, and research to identify opportunities and shape strategic product plans. You will collaborate across Systems, Risk, FX and Operations to deliver enhancements while supporting currency administration client services. The role emphasizes problem solving, analytical rigor, and cross-functional influence to lower costs and improve efficiencies. - Lead product development initiatives from inception to implementation Document and review business requirements for currency administration development Create test scenarios and manage integrated system tests Coordinate User Acceptance Testing and ensure thorough systems testing Identify product gaps and opportunities and propose innovative solutions Coordinate technology implementation impacts on business operations Drive process improvements to reduce costs and boost efficiency Support currency administration client service teams Ensure timely delivery of product improvements within scope and budget Foster cross-group communication across Systems, Risk, FX and Operations Tasks Bachelor in finance, mathematics or related discipline (preferred) 3+ years of relevant experience Fund Accounting and/or Currency Administration experience is advantageous Excellent business analysis skills and ability to document requirements Knowledge of foreign exchange trading instruments Strong interpersonal, consultative and advisory skills Ability to analyze complex issues and make sound decisions Ability to analyze multiple tasks with tight deadlines Proficiency with Microsoft Office; advanced Excel, VBA, and coding languages Excellent written and verbal communication skills Key requirements
