This high-impact leadership role is responsible for defining and executing the regional strategy, shaping our value proposition for asset managers, and strengthening our technology solutions and middle office offering across key markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of integrated strategies across Europe and Asia, aligned with the overall Investor Services vision.
- Define and execute clear pathways to growth, leveraging market trends, competitive intelligence, regulatory developments and industry insights.
- Build key industry relationships to advance business priorities and identify new opportunities; represent BBH with key industry stakeholders, including clients, consultants and partners.
- Translate strategy into measurable business outcomes.
- Partner with Sales, Relationship Management, Financial Institution Team and Marketing to shape the commercial strategy.
- Partner with Finance to develop financial plans, performance metrics and profitability targets and optimum pricing strategies.
- Partner with Product Discipline and Innovation leadership to define the critical capabilities needed to realize Investor Services’ transformation vision.
- Identify high-impact opportunities for differentiated solutions, informed by client needs, market trends and competitive dynamics.
- Ensure strong alignment between product strategy, technology investment and scalable delivery models.
- Drive delivery of key features and functionality with a focus on scalability, efficiency and enhanced client experience.
- Embed strong risk management and governance disciplines across all initiatives, in line with the regulatory expectations.
Knowledge And Skills
- 15+ years of financial services experience with strong exposure to asset servicing or asset management.
- Proven executive level experience in strategy, product or transformation leadership.
- Strong commercial acumen and deep understanding of market dynamics.
- Exceptional leadership, communication and high degree of analytical ability and problem-solving skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial judgment and execution focus.
- Ability to lead horizontally across business and influence senior stakeholders.
