Due to continued growth, our client, who is a leading Tier 1 Contractor, is seeking to appoint a talented MEP Quantity Surveyor. This highly successful company is extremely busy, operating across a range of sectors, both public and private, and as such, you will have involvement in a variety of works and interesting projects. You will also join a friendly, forward-thinking Commercial team, who will welcome you and are passionate about the work they do.
As MEP Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the commercial control of Mechanical, Electrical and Public health works across project life cycles, ensuring accurate costing, effective budgeting, and compliance with technical and contractual requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years' experience in MEP quantity surveying
- Strong understanding of MEP systems, construction methods, and industry standards
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and MS Office
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
