Project Quantity Surveyor

A freelance project quantity surveyor is required for an immediate start to operate as a no.2 to the commercial lead on a major project based in central Leeds.\\n\\nThe requirement will be to work with an established main contractor where you will have key responsibility for the commercial management of a range of packages across the project.\\n\\nTo be considered for this post you should fit the following criteria;\\n\\n * Have a proven track record operating at either Project or Senior QS level with the ability to work with minimal supervision.\\n\\n * Ability to fulfil all expected commercial duties on this live project through to completion and handover.\\n\\n * Have a background within commercial new build on project values £10M+\\n\\n * The role is for an immediate start however there could be some flexibility with regard to that.\\n\\nIf you would like to be considered for this role, please send an up to date CV detailing your recent employment and associated references to underpin your capability, and I will be in touch to discuss the opportunity further
