A freelance project quantity surveyor is required to start immediately to work on a key project based in central Leeds. The requirement is to work within a Tier 1 type contracting environment where you will report to a senior for a period of 4 months initially, with the potential for a longer-term requirement depending on performance and workload.
To be considered for this post you should fit the following criteria:
- Have a proven track record operating at a Project QS level with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Have a background within large new build projects, with elements of civils works.
- Ability to turn your hand to a variety of commercial activities, dependent on the specific needs of the project.
- Be comfortable dealing with sub-contractor procurement.
- Available for an immediate / quick start.
