A new and interesting requirement is available for a Contracts Manager to join an established privately-owned regional building contractor based in the Leeds area. The role will be to provide key leadership across a variety of commercial build and refurb projects up to £10m in value.
To be considered for this role you should be able to demonstrate a proven track record in the following areas:
- Operated in a similar management role within a newbuild and refurb building environment (small – medium businesses)
- Proven track record in delivering projects to agreed budget and timescales.
- Strong commercial and contractual grasp of projects.
- Ability to plan and programme works.
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
- Strong communication and people management skill-set.
- Comfortable with high levels of client interface.
- IT literate.
