You will undertake diagnostics, maintenance, services, repairs, rebuilds and breakdowns on a range of agricultural and construction machinery.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Diagnose faults
  • Carry out service, maintenance, repair and rebuild work (to your own capability)
  • Check own work to ensure it is carried out to the manufacturers’ requirements
  • Help train apprentices and assist other workshop personnel
  • Complete job cards correctly
  • Participate in the on-call roster and attend offsite breakdowns
  • Provide exceptional and professional customer service

About you:

  • Agricultural mechanic qualification or any other mechanic qualification
  • Works safely, team player, excellent communicator and problem-solver
  • HR and forklift licence (desirable)
  • New Holland, Case IH, John Deere or Kubota experience (desirable)

We also welcome second to fourth year agricultural mechanic apprentices and overseas and interstate agricultural mechanics. We offer generous hourly rates and guaranteed job security - wages range from $38.04 to $54.23 per hour + penalty rates, tool allowance and on-call rates.
