The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
We are looking for a motivated, experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our Conveyancing team based in Annitsford, Cramlington. You will be responsible for managing a variety of Residential Conveyancing transactions, including freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, right to buy, freehold purchases, transfers of equity, re-mortgages, and new build developments.
Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Running your own caseload of property transactions dealing with all stages of the conveyancing process from quote to post completion.
- Dealing with clients, estate agents, mortgage advisers, and other solicitors.
- Providing administrative support as required.
- Ensuring CQS compliance on your files.
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least two years of experience handling your own caseload with minimal supervision.
- Strong knowledge of the conveyancing processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive approach with the ability to work under pressure, prioritise, and meet deadlines.
- The ability to work using their own initiative and make decisions, along with the ability to work in a team environment.
