Broughton Group is looking for an experienced Workshop Supervisor for their facility in Coventry. This role involves supervising the Reman/Plant Team to ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining high-quality standards.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a lead technician role, specifically within the Automotive, Re-manufacturing, or Defence sectors, as well as a strong background in diesel engine repairs. A NVQ Level 2 in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required.
