The Role

We are looking for a self-motivated and dynamic Work & Skills Coach to join our prison industries team and play a pivotal role in the rehabilitation and resettlement of prisoners. You will be working closely with instructors to support learners in developing their work skills which will enhance their chances of employability. You will provide support and guidance to learners.
