Reactive Recruitment are proud to be working with one of the region's leading car dealership groups with sites across Bristol, Gloucestershire and South Wales. Due to internal progression, our client seeks a highly organised and competent Fleet Administrator to work from their prestigious site in Bristol BS5.

Fleet Administrator - Package & Hours:

  • A starting salary of £30,139 per annum
  • Monday to Friday 0800 to 1700 with 1 hour for lunch

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage transport bookings in line with agreed service levels (SLAs)
  • Liaise with end users to schedule deliveries and arrange transport efficiently
  • Maintain and update the fleet database, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date
  • Support all aspects of fleet administration within a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
  • Oversee administrative processes for new vehicle preparation prior to delivery
  • Provide cover for other administrative roles within the team as required

Skills Required:

  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confident telephone manner with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders
  • Good IT proficiency, including experience with databases or fleet systems
  • Ability to work independently using initiative, as well as collaboratively within a team
