Our Client is an established and well-known firm of Independent Financial Advisers based in a beautiful location of South Cheshire. Led by a professionally qualified team, they provide comprehensive Corporate & Personal Financial Planning that includes Employee Benefits, Investments, Retirement Planning and Tax advice.

Due to an internal promotion, an experienced Administrator is required to support a highly technical Partner in the business. This will be a very busy and demanding role, and daily duties will consist of:

  • Provide a first class administration service, together with a dedicated Paraplanner, to a group of Consultants
  • Ensure that new business is processed in a timely fashion
  • Issue client Letters of Authority to providers, collate information and use the Client Management system
  • Organise quotes, online or via telephone, then put full package together for the adviser – ensuring correct proposal & KFD
  • Process basic products such as Bonds, Personal Pensions and Group Schemes, using Client Management
  • Value client portfolios by obtaining data from providers
  • Check policy documents
  • Issue policy documentation to clients using professional letters
  • Scan documents and file them electronically on the Client Management system
  • Distribute incoming post

Qualifications: Candidates applying must have a strong and proven background working for a firm of Financial Planners. You will be conversant with whole of the market products and ideally be used to processing business on IRESS / 1st software. If you are an experienced individual who is looking to provide an excellent level of administrative support to a Partner, then this is an excellent opportunity.
