Responsibilities

  • Responding to emails, phone calls and general enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Providing excellent customer service and support to clients and customers.
  • Drafting correspondence and assisting with general administration.
  • Carrying out customer surveys, analysing feedback and summarising key findings for Directors.
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems.
  • Supporting with onboarding new clients.
  • Assisting the wider team with ad hoc administrative duties.
