Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of warehouse operatives to achieve daily targets and maintain high performance standards.
  • Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient and effective workflows.
  • Ensure health and safety procedures are followed, promoting a safe working environment.
  • Monitor and manage staff attendance, performance, and development.
  • Provide guidance and training to new and existing team members.
  • Assist in stock management, including the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle any issues or challenges that arise within the team or during operations.
  • Report any operational concerns to senior management and provide feedback on team performance.

Required Experience and Skills
