Our client is an established estate agency currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their very busy sales team based at the Telford branch. Successful applicants should demonstrate a proven track record in the sale of residential properties, preferably in Telford and surrounding areas.
As a Sales Negotiator, you will need to demonstrate enthusiasm, determination, self‑motivation, and a commitment to succeed in a challenging fast‑paced, target‑driven environment. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, coupled with the ability to effectively manage and prioritise workloads to meet targets and deadlines, are essential.
Main duties include:
- Arranging and conducting property viewings;
- Liaising with all parties to ensure sales are agreed between vendors and purchasers;
- Effectively handling enquiries and queries both over the telephone and in‑branch;
- Carrying out effective sales progression, ensuring all parties are kept up to date through the sales process to a swift, seamless completion;
- Communicating with clients at all levels and delivering first‑class customer service;
- Being flexible and consistently going the extra mile to ensure clients receive a positive experience;
- Remaining compliant, following current legislation and company processes at all times;
