Responsibilities include both electrical and mechanical maintenance, responding to breakdowns, completing planned preventive maintenance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across site machinery. You will work on industrial equipment such as control systems, PLCs, automated plant machinery, robots, building management electrical/electronic systems, blow moulding machines, and toner filling machinery. You will also support installations, site modifications, and preventative maintenance strategies using the CMMS system to minimise downtime and improve reliability.
Requirements – Non‑negotiable:
- Multi‑skilled maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Level 3 Engineering Qualification.
Desirable Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Maintenance Engineer in the UK.
- Experience with working on PLCs, ideally being able to fault‑find using inputs and outputs.
- Injection moulding experience.
- Robotics experience.
- Experience working within high volume automated manufacturing.
