Job Overview
Aspion are currently recruiting experienced Class 1 (C+E) Drivers for weekend general haulage work operating on Saturdays and Sundays. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and professional drivers looking for consistent weekend shifts.
Duties Include:
- Carrying out general haulage deliveries and collections
- Completing vehicle checks before and after shifts
- Ensuring deliveries are completed safely and on time
- Securing loads correctly and adhering to transport regulations
- Maintaining accurate paperwork and tachograph records
- Following all health & safety and driver hours regulations
Requirements:
- Valid UK Class 1 (C+E) Licence
- Valid CPC Qualification Card
- Digital Tachograph Card
- Minimum 6/12 months Class 1 driving experience preferred
- Good understanding of driver hours and WTD regulations
- No more than 6 penalty points for minor offences
