This is primarily a warehouse-based role involving the day-to-day handling, movement, and dispatch of goods. The successful candidate will also support forklift operations when required, therefore a valid Counterbalance FLT licence is essential. We are looking for someone with a great work ethic and a can-do attitude. This position would suit someone reliable, hardworking, and comfortable working within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for dispatch
  • Loading and unloading deliveries safely and efficiently
  • Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck as required
  • Assisting with stock control and inventory management
  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
  • Supporting goods-in and goods-out processes
  • Following all company health & safety procedures
  • Working closely with warehouse and logistics teams to meet operational deadlines

Candidate Requirements:

  • Valid Counterbalance FLT licence (RTITB, ITSSAR, or equivalent)
  • This is predominantly a warehouse role with additional FLT
  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude
  • Physically fit and capable of manual handling duties
