As an Assembly & Build Technician you will be joining an agile and high performing team where your role will be to assemble and commission all robot subsystems and complete robot builds to strict standards, allowing us to deliver our groundbreaking technology around the globe. Your work will mostly often be divided between sub-system and robot assembly.
Responsibilities
- Assembly of sub-systems
- Assist in the Assembly of complete robots
- Contribute to research and development projects
- Support the assembly process through various continuous improvement projects
- Support the wider business as required
Essential Requirements
- Experience of working in a technical function; both autonomously and as part of a team.
- Experienced in manual build and assembly processes of complex, high precision mechanical, and electrical systems
- Accountable for build and preparation of complete products to a strict schedule and quality
- Experience inspecting, testing and signing off for production completed sub-systems
- Working knowledge of Health and Safety procedures
