Quality Manager needed for our client, a leading independent third party distribution business, who are investing into their large distribution centre. We're looking for someone who has experience of working in quality (ISO9001 QMS, audits and RCA/CAPA) and knows how big warehouses with hundreds of staff operate (you need to come from a warehouse / distribution / 3PL background).

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Managing QC inspectors and supporting with inspection reports where needed
  • Help to manage any action / correction process needed
  • Updating systems with each QC pass, failure or commercial acceptance
  • Carrying out internal audits and subsequent RCA / CAPA activity

Skills and Abilities:

  • Previous experience working with ISO9001 QMS
  • Internal audit knowledge (an auditing qualification preferred but not essential)
  • Have worked in a fast paced 3PL / Distribution / Warehouse environment
  • Great communication and soft skills
