Duties
- Conduct routine vehicle servicing, repairs, and diagnostics in line with manufacturer specifications
- Accurately diagnose faults and provide effective, customer-focused solutions
- Ensure all work is completed to manufacturer standards and dealerships' quality policies
- Maintain detailed records of all work carried out
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding repairs and vehicle status
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations
- Support team members with technical troubleshooting and workshop duties as required
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within a busy dealership or automotive workshop
- Relevant technical qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team
- Valid UK driving licence
