As a Panel Technician / Panel Beater, you'll take ownership of structural and non-structural repairs, restoring vehicles to a safe, high-quality standard. Your work will play a critical part in the overall repair journey - setting the foundation for paint, refit and final delivery.
Responsibilities
- Repair and reshape damaged panels using recognised panel beating techniques
- Carry out removal, replacement and alignment of vehicle body panels
- Follow manufacturer methods and repair standards to ensure safety and quality
- Work collaboratively with Paint, MET and production teams to keep repairs flowing
- Maintain a clean, safe working environment and professional standards
Qualifications
- Practical experience as a Panel Technician / Panel Beater who takes pride in doing the job properly
- Time spent in an automotive or accident repair environment as a Panel Beater
- Confidence working with panels, structures and repair methods
- A safety-first mindset and commitment to quality workmanship
