Are you an experienced Project Manager who thrives on delivering complex engineering projects from concept through to completion? I'm supporting a mission critical engineering business in their search for a driven, commercially aware, and highly organised Project Manager to lead exciting turnkey projects across the UK and overseas. This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, technically focused environment where no two projects are the same.

You'll take ownership of high-value engineering and design projects, managing everything from planning and procurement to installation and client delivery.

The Role

  • Leading engineering, design, and turnkey projects from start to finish
  • Managing project budgets, schedules, forecasting, and reporting
  • Coordinating cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, manufacturing, testing, and installation
  • Managing suppliers, subcontractors, and specialist service providers
  • Building strong client relationships and ensuring expectations are exceeded
  • Identifying opportunities for additional business growth and managing scope changes effectively
  • Ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with quality standards

You

  • Proven experience delivering engineering or technical projects
  • Strong commercial and financial management skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Experience working with subcontractors, procurement, and project reporting
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong leadership capability
  • Willingness to travel within the UK and internationally when required
