An expanding manufacturer of complex engineered components has a new vacancy for an experienced Production Manager to join the company on an interim basis. A key leadership role, you will be responsible for ensuring production targets are consistently achieved while fostering a high-performance culture and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the business. The successful candidate will bring proven experience within a fast‑paced precision engineering environment, together with a strong track record of improving operational processes, developing employees, and increasing overall efficiency and productivity.
