The Company: Fortus Recruitment provides specialist recruitment services, supplying quality candidates on a temporary or permanent basis to leading organisations throughout the industry. We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a Housing Association who are looking for Plumbers based around the Thatcham area. It is paying between 36/40K plus bonuses.

Day to Day:

  • Property maintenance
  • All Plumbing Aspects
  • Install and repair water, heating and drainage systems
  • Cut, shape and join pipes and fittings
  • Service gas and oil-fired central heating systems and radiators
  • Respond to emergency call-outs, like broken boilers or blocked drains
  • Multi Trade Repairs

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

  • Experience within Property Maintenance
  • Customer service skills
  • Multi Trade Experience
