Are you an experienced Finance Administrator looking for your next part time opportunity? We have an exciting Temp position available in Walworth for a charity starting immediately. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing finance support to a small team.

Operating two days per week, the role focuses on supporting with bank reconciliations and purchase ledger using Sage.

Start date: Monday 25th May (induction on 19th May)

Pay rate: £16ph - £17ph

Working module: Tuesday & Wednesday only

Location: Walworth

Hours: 9.30am to 5.30pm (1hr lunch)

Length of assignment: 3 months

Duties:

  • Maintain accurate financial records using Sage accounting software
  • Process day-to-day transactions including: Purchase invoices, sales invoices & receipts and payments
  • Reconcile bank accounts regularly within Sage
  • Maintain and reconcile accounts
  • Manage supplier invoices and ensure timely payments
  • Prepare and process payment runs
  • Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up on overdue payments
  • Issue sales invoices where required and track incoming income
  • Use Microsoft Excel for VLOOKUP & pivot tables

Requirements:

  • Proven finance admin experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Confidence using Sage systems
  • Excellent Excel Skills including using VLOOKUP's & pivot tables
