We are seeking an experienced and motivated Temporary Accommodation Reduction Specialist to lead a dedicated team focused on reducing the number of households living in Temporary Accommodation (TA). This key role will drive innovative housing solutions, improve move-on pathways and increase access to Private Rented Sector (PRS), social housing and alternative accommodation options. You will play a central role in improving resident outcomes, reducing demand pressures and supporting wider homelessness transformation priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing TA Reduction Team.
  • Reduce temporary accommodation numbers and length of stay.
  • Develop sustainable move-on pathways and housing solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with landlords, housing providers and partners.
  • Support service transformation, performance improvement and innovation.

  • Significant experience in homelessness, housing solutions or temporary accommodation services.
