A major UK organisation with a large events and customer facing operation is looking for a Technology Operations Lead to support the delivery of technology services across conferences, exhibitions and live environments. This role sits between internal Technology teams, commercial teams and external service providers. You'll ensure that what's agreed with customers, what's technically feasible, and what's delivered operationally are fully aligned.
Key Responsibilities
- Review customer technology requirements
- Validate feasibility with internal teams and external providers
- Identify risks early and escalate where needed
- Ensure services sold align with technical standards
- Act as the on-site technology point of contact
- Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues (Wi‑Fi, wired, endpoint, VPN, DHCP/DNS)
