We are currently recruiting for an experienced Team Manager β Permanence/LAC to join a dedicated Children's Services team in Plymouth. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong and experienced manager with a background in Permanence and Looked After Children services to lead and support a busy statutory team.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a Permanence/LAC team within Children's Services
- Providing leadership, supervision, and support to social workers
- Overseeing care planning, permanence planning, and safeguarding practices
- Ensuring statutory responsibilities and performance targets are achieved
- Supporting children in care to achieve positive outcomes
- Contributing to service development and quality improvement initiatives
