Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of warehouse operatives to achieve daily targets and maintain high performance standards.
- Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient and effective workflows.
- Ensure health and safety procedures are followed, promoting a safe working environment.
- Monitor and manage staff attendance, performance, and development.
- Provide guidance and training to new and existing team members.
- Assist in stock management, including the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
