Clarence Recruitment are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Teacher of Drama to join a secondary school in Tamworth. Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver inspiring Drama lessons across KS3 and KS4
- Prepare students for performances, practical assessments, and examinations where applicable
- Encourage creativity, collaboration, and confidence through performance-based learning
- Assess, monitor and track pupil progress effectively
- Create a positive, inclusive and engaging classroom environment
- Contribute to school productions, extracurricular drama clubs, and wider arts events
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognised teaching qualification
- Strong subject knowledge in Drama or Performing Arts
- Experience teaching Drama at secondary school level
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
