Carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance on social housing properties across Swindon and surrounding areas. This role involves joinery and carpentry works alongside general multi-trade maintenance duties.

  • Basic plumbing, tiling, plastering and flooring repairs
  • Damp and mould treatment works
  • Completing repairs to a high standard on occupied properties

Requirements
