Join Our Team as a Service Management Support!

Location: Swindon, Royal Wootton Bassett

Contract Type: Temp to Perm

Hourly Rate: £12.78

Monday to Friday, Hours between 08:00-17:00; shift TBC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicating clearly and confidently with team members and stakeholders.
  • Supporting the implementation of service management principles.
  • Processing documents efficiently and accurately.
  • Mapping processes and understanding workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Building and maintaining excellent working relationships at all levels.
  • Juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while staying organised and methodical.
What We're Looking For
  • Has at least 3 years' experience in document processing or similar operational environments.
  • Possesses a strong understanding of service management principles.
  • Is proficient in IT skills including Word, spreadsheets, databases, email, and web use.
  • Communicates with clarity and confidence, presenting professionally at all times.
  • Can build and maintain excellent working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Is organized and methodical, capable of juggling multiple priorities without breaking a sweat.
  • Has experience in mapping processes and understanding workflows.
