Location: Chesham, Buckinghamshire

Salary: 25,506 per annum

Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)

Are you passionate about making a real difference? Join our friendly team at Waterside, a shared supported living home for five adults aged 43-63. Each person has their own en-suite room, and we work together to create an inclusive, respectful environment where people feel valued, supported and empowered to live as independently as possible.

The Role

  • As an Assistant Support Worker, you will provide compassionate, person-centred support by:
  • Assisting with personal care in a dignified and respectful way
  • Encouraging life skills such as cooking, cleaning, shopping and budgeting
  • Promoting independence and helping people achieve their personal goals
  • Following individual support plans and risk assessments
  • Building positive, trusting relationships through collaborative working

Hoist training is required, with full support provided to refresh or gain this skill if needed.
