BURGERS & FRIES AND INCREDIBLE CAREERS! We're the burger restaurant with the uncomplicated formula: burgers and fries cooked to perfection, with no frozen ingredients. We have stuck to the same "perfect and serve" philosophy since our family business began in 1986. In some of our stores, a talented Bench General Manager is waiting for their own store. While waiting for your own store, you will be based at one of our existing stores supporting the current General Manager and potentially other stores within the district.
You will be accountable for the store's day-to-day operations and results, leading, inspiring and coaching the teams to ensure profitability, optimising all sales opportunities while delivering an excellent level of customer service. Our Bench General Managers are brand ambassadors: they ensure excellent customer service, demonstrate leadership, coaching and direction, and bring our values to life for their team and customers. This role requires flexibility to work between our St Albans, Hemel Hempstead and Stevenage stores.
