Our client is a major service provider in London with over 50 years of success and continued growth. Due to recent success, they are seeking a Static M&E Engineer to join their ever-expanding M&E Division, which operates across London, managing a range of blue-chip portfolios. The work is a mixture of planned maintenance and repair works, as well as reactive works. You will be working across the Kew Gardens Estate.

Working across a wide range of mechanical systems, the Static Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for maintaining, servicing, and optimising building systems to ensure efficient operation. Mechanical duties include AHUs, HIUs, pumps, inverters, cooling towers, adiabatic coolers, and pipework, requiring a solid working knowledge of all M&E and HVAC systems.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Mechanical & Electrical engineering within the building services sector
  • Strong understanding of HVAC, plant rooms and commercial plumbing
  • Hold UK driving licence for the use of the company van across the estate

Salary & Benefits

  • Competitive salary: 48k (depending on experience)
  • 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
  • 25 days plus bank holiday rising with service
  • 1.5–2x overtime rates
